DMCA & Copyright Policy

Updated

SaveNext respects the intellectual property of creators and expects its users to do the same. We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws in other countries.

1. How SaveNext handles content

SaveNext does not host, store or cache Instagram media on its servers. When a user submits a public link, the file is fetched from Instagram’s servers and delivered directly to that user. Because of this, the most effective way to remove content permanently is to report it to Instagram as well. We will nevertheless act on valid notices — for example by blocking specific links or accounts from being processed by our tools.

2. Filing a copyright notice

If you believe content accessible through SaveNext infringes your copyright, send us a written notice through our contact page that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  3. The exact Instagram URL(s) of the material, so we can locate it.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

3. Counter-notices

If you believe material was blocked by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice through the same contact page. It should include your contact details, the material that was blocked, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

4. Repeat infringers

We may block access to SaveNext for users or sources that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

5. Response time

We review complete notices as quickly as possible — usually within a few business days — and will let you know what action we’ve taken. Incomplete notices may delay the process.

6. Contact

Send copyright notices through our contact page. Paste the Instagram link in the link field and include the details listed above in your message.
